Been traversing the West Highland Way, and the first sector was excellent. The second section entailed a 3.5 hour push up and over a mountain to get to Glencoe, so when we cycled to Kingshouse we were very tired. Now in Aberfoyle in the Trossacks fighting off the midges as we went through the Queen Elizabeth forest. Views get better each day....

    Met the girls today at the coffee spot in Biggar. The flags of Gala day were out to welcome them. They are looking well and suntanned.
