I managed to get in 90 miles last week, not nearly enough I know.

    We managed to get in 100 miles this weekend. 50 miles on Sat and 50 miles today. All road but better that nothing.

    PS Cycles in Abercarn, Wales have donated a BMX bike for us to raffle off. We are having a fundraising evening with live music etc.
    We are stil collecting items for the raffle.

    We are getting excited now, the ride is soon and I think we have everything covered.
    Posting our maps in advance to some of the B&Bs and will collect them on our way through.
    The fundraising night was not as busy as we had hoped but we raised £750.00.
    We are going to ride at the Crickhowel Merida for added training.
    I have tried to publish the route on tracklogs but it still has not appeared in full. One has appeared but I have titled it wrong. It is the last few days of the ride.
